NYS BACKGROUND CHECKS

*All background checks will need to be paid PRIOR to check being run

MUST be paid in CASH
Ammo Fees: $5 per Background Check
Firearm Fees: $10 per Background Check
-Background check results of DELAY that turn to PROCEED have (5) FIVE
business days to pick up product.
-Background check results of DELAY that turn to DENIAL will receive original
product purchase price less 20% (does not include taxes/fees)
-Background checks are only valid for 30 days from the original date of submission.
GUN TRANSFERS
Long Guns: $50/Gun**
Hand Guns: $75/Gun**

**Plus $10 State Fee/Background Check

LAYAWAY
50% NON REFUNDABLE Down Payment to HOLD gun
Balance MUST be paid off within 30 DAYS
Firearms will NOT be released until PAID OFF IN FULL
If balance is not paid off within 30 days and no written notice has been
made, then buyer forfeits all money paid up until that point.
After 30 days and no notice has been made, layaway item(s) will be
returned to store inventory for sale.
SPECIAL ORDER GUNS
50% due at time of ORDERING
50% deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE
Orders will NOT be made until entire down payment is received
Remaining balance due at time of arrival
Firearms not picked up within 30 business days will be forfeited and
NO refund will be issued.
SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS
100% due at time of ORDERING
ORDERS will NOT be MADE until PAYMENT is
RECEIVED in FULL
Items not picked up within 30 business days will be forfeited and
